Cosy Night in with Cocktails

A cosy night in normally includes a big cuddly dressing gown, a fire, a cup of hot chocolate and a cheesy rom-com. But I'm talking about cosy nights in with your best friends, having a takeaway, gossiping and making some delicious cocktails! You can read my post on Amaretto Sours here and find out how to make them, they are so simple and a bit different as they aren't as sweet as most cocktails. Here are a few more cocktails you could try.

  • 2 shots espresso

On my next night in I think I'll try to make some pitchers of cocktails for me and my friends! Give it a go, and obviously all the measurements don't have to be really precise - do it to your personal taste.
