It's the end of the month so time to share my monthly favourites! I have decided to try making these a monthly occurrence, as last year they were a bit hit and miss (I think my last favourite post was back in July!). I think this was because I was confining myself to beauty products, so this time around there will be a bit of whatever I fancy! Some months that might be all beauty but some months there will be no beauty products at all.
So onto this months faves. First up is jewellery. I go through phases with jewellery, sometimes I can barely be bothered to put on my watch and other times I am piling on all the rings and bracelets I own. And this month it's the latter. A few favourites are a turquoise ring I bought from Etsy that came all the way from Estonia and a silver ring with a red stone from Urban Outfitters.

Onto a few beauty favourites. First up is technically not a beauty product but I have finally got myself some storage for my make-up which was from WH Smiths of all places! I share my room with my boyfriend and it is tiiiiiny so no Pinterest-worthy white dressing table for me I'm afraid. But I think this box is really cute and adds a nice bit of colour to our room!

Now onto to some actual beauty faves. I dabble in fake tan now and then but to ease me back in I've been using the Cocoa Butter fake tan. I've used it in the past and it's almost foolproof, I say almost as I definitely have a nice orange patch between two fingers today haha! But it's super cheap and gives a really nice colour after one application, so once I've got this perfected I might splash out on my old favourite Xen Tan.
Up next is the L'Oreal Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner. I used to think the Soap & Glory one was the best but this one blows it out of the water!! The tip is really thin so you can get a really precise line and it lasts all day, perfect!
Finally are two face products. Bobbi Brown's Sheer Finish Pressed Powder which I have just hit pan on wahhhh. This helps keeps my skin shine free all day. I tend to just apply it down the centre of my face. It also works really well when you top up during the day and never looks cakey. Then there is the Bobbi Brown blusher in Apricot which gives a lovely natural looking flush to the cheeks. Even though it looks quite bright in the packaging, if used with a light hand it's really subtle.
What have been your January favourites? Link up any posts you've done in the comments :)
